Our service lost-chall.org is a site where users pit their knowledge and skills to solve various challenges which require skills of logic, programming, cryptography and steganography among others. This web site and the services provided to you on and via this web site are provided on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that the webmaster reserves the right to modify or discontinue provision of this web site and its services, and to remove the data you provide, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without any liability towards you, The webmaster will not be held responsible or liable for timeliness, removal of information, failure to store information, inaccuracy of information, or improper delivery of information. IMPORTANT NOTE - ADMINS CAN DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE ESPECIALLY IF THEY EXPECT YOU TO BE CHEATING OR IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER USERS ABOUT ANYTHING, INCLUDING ASKING EXCESSIVELY FOR CHALLENGE HINTS, THREATENING, BEING ABUSIVE OR OTHERWISE 3. Solutions to our challenges As a registered user (or otherwise) you agree to not post solutions to our challenges on websites, forums, message boards, or any other media. In violating this rule, we will regard this as copyright infringement and will demand that you remove said solutions from your service or posting. Failure to comply may result in the webmaster having to contact ISP's of those involved and seek the advice of a member of the appropriate law authority. 4. Copyright in general Lost(TM), the characters, setting, certain sound files, certain images, certain videos and everything affiliated are property of their respective owners and their affiliates. Some of our challenges and designs are also held under copyright of their respective creators and therefore cannot be used on other sites. Law and jurisdiction As lost-chall.org is hosted in Switzerland it is bound by Swiss law. As the backup and certain files are hosted in England, the site is also governed by UK law. Wherever these laws contradict, Swiss law should be followed. 6. Your responsibilities and requirements In order to use this web site or certain parts of it, you may be required to register for a user account on this web site; in this case, you agree to provide truthful information when requested, and -- if a minimum age is required for eligibility for a user account -- you undertake that you are at least the required age. By registering for a user account, you explicitly agree to this site's Terms of use, including any amendments made by the webmaster that are published herein. Upon registering you will be shown this page on first login. If you do not agree to these terms, you are to logout and not use your user account again without first agreeing to these terms.
